Interrogatoryes to be ministred on the parte and behalfe of Thomas Tickeridge complainant against Thomas Bigs defendant unto William Dikes a witness produced on the said complainantes behalf

Imprimis whether doe you not knowe or have hard that one Francis Tucker was a witnes produced sworn and examined amongst other witnesses which were likewise sworne and examined before the Coronors of the county of Worcester or one of them concerning the deathe of one Dobbyns

2 Item whether doe you not know that one Stoneman was the clerk that did write or ingross the said deposicions or at the least the deposicion of the said Tucker

3 Item whether had not you or Bigs the defendant or Mr Francis Dingley or some others the view of the deposicions of the foresaid witnesses or at the least the view of the deposicions of the foresaid Tucker before such tyme as the Coronors inquest gave up there verdict touching Dobbyns deth

4 Item whether was not there copies of such deposicions made out for you or Bigs or Dingley especially the copie of the deposicion of Tucker before the said Coronors inquest gyven up, who did write the said copies

5 Item whether was the deposicion of the said Tucker after the first taking of the same and his examinacion firste had any way amended yea or no or any addition or subtraction from or to the same and who mended the same and who write such addicion or who altered the said deposicion or subtractyon from the same And by whose directyon privity or advise and whether what was not the foresaid Bigs and Dingley or ether of them therto consenting and privye or parties and whether were you therewithall acquainted

6 Item whether did not the said Tucker afterwardes and at such tyme as his deposicion was red unto him before the said Coronors fynde falt therewith and upon a new othe by the said Coroners then ministred unto him disclaym in some parte thereof and before the said Coroners upon his said othe utterlye denye that some parte of the deposicion that was red to him as his owne was his, but was grafted in and added to without his consent and knowledge and whether did not he the said Tucker say that his marke was conterfett to the part so added and was not this done by the clerke that first writt or secondlye copyed the same and did not Stoneman aforesaid copie the said deposicion

7 Item did not you deliver any message or direccion to the said Stoneman from Bigs the eldest or from the foresaid Dingley or from Stoneman to Bigs and Dingley or either of them touching the adding or altering of the said deposiccion of the said Tucker and what was the same /

8 Item whether was not the said Tucker examined before Bigs or Dingley or one of them touching the death of the said Dobbyns and when and howe often and whoe sett downe his deposycion

9 Item whether was not Bigs and Dingley or one of them present with the said Coronors or one of them at such tyme as the said Tucker was first or secondlye examined before the said Coronors or one of them /

10 Item whether did not the said Bigs in or about Januarye last sitt at Worcester together with Sir Henry Bromley and Mr William Liggon Justices of Peace in the county of Worcester touching the ordering pressing or setting foreward of souldiers into Ireland and was not one Oliver Stockland a witnes examined before the foresaid Coronors and Coroner inquest touching Dobbyns deth, then there pressed or amongst the soldiers that were to be sett forward. /

11 Item did not the said Bigs then and there request the said Sir Henry Bromley and the foresaid Mr William Liggon to minister an othe to the said Strickland and to examyn him touching Dobbyns death /

12 Item did not the said Sir Henry and the said William Liggon refuse so to doe for that as they then said or otherwise tooke notice that matter depended then in Starr Chamber and did they not require the said Bigs to attend the present service for the other matter concerned not them neyther had they any thinge to do therein /

13 Item did not thereupon the said Bigs in a rage take the said Strickland by the wrest or hand and forcibly lay the said Stricklandes hand upon a booke then there and ministered an othe to the said Strickland well and truelye to answere to such questions as he the said Bigs should demand touching the death of Dobbyns and did not the said Bigs after the ministracion of the said othe make the said Strickland for to kisse the booke the said Bigs himself holding the booke to Stricklandes mouth with one hand and holding the said Strickland fast by the wrest or hand with the other hand / or did not the said Bigges comaund you to hold the said booke to him

14 Item did not he the said Bigs after this othe so exacted examyn the said Strickland upon the said exacted othe touching Dobbyns death and did not the said Strickland answere accordinglye thereto and did not the clerk of the said Bigs by the commaundment of the said Bigs sett downe the examinacion or deposicion of the said Strickland then and there in writing and were you the same clerke then and there yea or no /
