Occupation of lands called the 'greate colepytt fields', the rectory of Mancetter, and tithes there and in Atherstone, Watling Street, Witherley, Oldbury, Hartshill, and Anker, on a bad title, assaults on plaintiff Alexander Morgan's servants, and wife, seizure of corn, etc. Plaintiff acquired the premises of Richard Hill, gent, together with messuages in Atherston and half the farm of Anslay.
