Denton, plaintiff; Revill et al: riot which was referred to Mr Attorney to consider whether fit to be retained or dismissed in regard it was but for a petty riot in pulling down a hedge with a small number and no other weapons than with axes and mattocks which he thought fit to be dismissed in regard of the smallness of the matter and rather to be determined before the justices of the peace in the country.
