Only Hanger has paid, and is being sued at Common Law for the remainder by Francis Rizzo, the complts factor. Rizzo ordered to stay his suit by order of 9 February last, but Hanger is required to pay by order of Common Law, this court dissolves order of 9 February & returns to Hanger the money he was required to bring in.
